As one of the UK’s leading online travel agents, On the Beach wanted to increase their sales further and cut through the online advertising noise. The aim was to encourage potential consumers to book their beach holidays online, whilst accurately reflecting their vibrant brand and personality.
By injecting creativity into On the Beach’s digital marketing, it helped to produce a fresh angle on email and online advertising banners. We created a range of concepts that were unique enough to stand out from the competition, while also containing their ATOL protected messaging to drive secure, online bookings.
Using Dotdigital platform, we created an email template that was made up of flexible components, so the business could build on their end-to-end marketing communications from one consistent template.
80 different email component combinations were produced, alongside 100s of online advertising banners all in different formats, specifications and featuring vibrant design and standout messaging, allowing their internal teams to broaden their reach as well as maintain consistency across their brand. This essentially built up trust between On the Beach and their customers, enticing them to book with confidence.
