BID Services wanted to raise awareness of their charity on a national level and needed support with developing their brand to ensure it portrayed a consistent message which aligned with their charity vision and values.
Birmingham-based BID Services are known for the support they provide the deaf community, but we soon discovered they offered so much more. To help shine a light on the amazing work the charity do, we helped them to uncover their four core values: innovation, caring, quality and professional. Now, everyone can experience how amazing BID Services are.
We worked closely with the charity board to capture the brand requirements, speaking to a wide group of supporters and running a brand discovery workshop, to ensure BID Services’ new branding was fit for everyone involved and aligned to the charity’s vision.
We created a new brand for the charity which changed the way they engaged with stakeholders, delivering a joined-up, integrated brand that stands up on a national level. Detailed brand guidelines were delivered to support the internal design team and external partners. We also provided further brand direction for BID to sell their corporate services.
