Hi! Pizza needed to be more than just the hotel’s food and beverage outlet. The brief was to position it as a strong, independent brand, one that could attract locals, as well as transient visitors, all while working seamlessly alongside the hotel’s wider offering. This meant crafting a brand story, building a user-friendly website, and integrating everything from bookings to CRM and analytics, without losing the playfulness and charm at the heart of the Hi! Pizza identity.
Inspired by the restaurant’s distinctive interior, with greenery, wood textures, and striking neon signs, we built a natural yet modern visual identity. From typography and colour palette to tone of voice and logo use, every element was designed to reflect the fresh, accessible feeling of Hi! Pizza. The playful logo, a nod to a pizza paddle, encapsulates the brand’s friendly personality, and their passion for crafting the perfect pizzas.
With branding in place, we developed a seamless website that not only looks the part, but also works hard behind the scenes. Users can browse the menu, explore the space, and book directly via The Fork. We also integrated Dotdigital for CRM sign-ups, added cookie compliance, and ensured the site was flexible for the Hi! Pizza team to keep up to date.
The digital experience was brought to life with video, photography, and compelling copywriting, all designed to reflect the brand’s personality and drive local engagement.
To support long-term growth, we set up advanced analytics tools, including GA4, GTM, and a Meta Pixel for precise performance tracking. This data insight gives the team valuable feedback to continue growing bookings and brand awareness. Since the launch, we are still on hand for ongoing updates and improvements, to support the client and their success.
