The Eden Hotel Collection, a luxury award-winning group of country house hotels across the country, sought to elevate their online presence to align with industry trends, improve performance, and enhance user experience. With distinct branding rooted in their countryside charm and gold accents, we refreshed their group website focusing on creating a digital experience that highlights their individual character, luxurious offerings, and exceptional service.
By designing and developing a WordPress CMS that balanced elegance with practicality, we were able to tackle the website refresh head on. Drawing inspiration from Eden’s established countryside charm and luxurious gold accents, we introduced fresh design elements, including; a custom pattern that evokes the leafy, garden-like setting shared by each hotel, a richer use of gold tones to emphasise the group’s premium branding, and a countryside-inspired tone woven into both the visual design and copy, to show off each hotel’s rural beauty and experiences.
The updated website prioritises ease of navigation, helping guests explore the collection’s offerings and book their stay effortlessly. With an interactive map, which guests can use to explore which hotel best suits their preferences, whether they’re seeking relaxation, family adventures, or a romantic escape, nearby activities, events, and amenities for each hotel can be easily found, making planning a breeze.
We also created the experience section, which immerses users in the unique offerings of each hotel. From serene spa retreats to fine dining experiences, this page sets the acne of what can be expected at each of these hotels in order to inspire bookings. Alongside this, the journal captures the Eden journey, sharing behind-the-scenes stories, guest experiences, and insights that humanise the brand and deepen engagement with the audience.
