The award-winning Mallory Court Hotel, part of the Eden Hotel Collection, needed to update its website to stay competitive, improve speed and performance, and boost ROI through increased bookings. The hotel needed a website that reflected its unique features and enhanced the overall user experience, making it easy for guests to find key information and be inspired to book in under two clicks.
Drawing inspiration from the successful redesign of its sister hotel, Bovey Castle, read case study here, we followed a similar process with Mallory’s website update. By keeping Mallory’s distinct country charm and garden-inspired aesthetic at the forefront, we delivered a bespoke WordPress CMS that improved website speed and made content updates easy for the client.
The refreshed design allowed guests to quickly discover the hotel’s offerings, such as the kitchen garden and spa, through an easy-to-use interface that prioritises key information to help guests make informed decisions on their bookings.
Following a content audit and discovery of the website, we were able to ensure we covered all the essential content, keeping performing pages, whilst also making necessary improvements to the experience.
We implemented an interactive map, which allowed guests to explore activities and amenities with ease, alongside a guestbook to further humanise the brand and give visitors a chance to share their experiences and insights. Video content was seamlessly integrated, bringing the hotel’s serene Warwickshire setting to life, from the beautiful kitchen gardens to their luxurious spa.
