EPM Website Redesign

At the start of this year, we started working with transport software specialists EP Morris. They were after a new website design to represent all areas of their business in a more engaging way.

However, after working closely with the team, we ended up designing a lot more for the brand than just a new website. Here’s how our creative input and design developed from start to finish.

The brief

Following Rawww conducting a thorough website and brand audit of EPM, we were able to produce detailed insight on the business. Using our results, EPM opted to carry out a complete brand refresh to help bring together all aspects of the business, including their specialist integrated transport software, Bus Service Operators Grant (BSOG) certification and concessionary fares consultancy.

What we did

We started by changing the business name to EPM and evolving their logo. We wanted the logo tick to still retain its heritage within the industry, but by tweaking the brand colours we brought the logo more up to date.

The new logo reflects a route map of two different colour navigational lines to represent the two entities of the business – software and consultancy – that work together to create EPM and reflects the end-to-end service the business offers which is completely unique. It also represents all service areas, ensuring customers understand EPM are more than just a BSOG certification provider.

We worked closely with the team at EPM to develop all brand collateral including stationary, business cards and brand guidelines. We also helped EPM prepare for their new brand launch at the 2018 Album Conference in Glasgow.

The result

Through working very closely with EPM to try and get insight from the whole business, the brand refresh reflected not only the key strengths of the business and their core BSOG service, but it also gave EPM the flexibility to promote their other important services and expand their service range for the future.
