Already a well-established company, On the Beach wanted to increase their sales further by implementing a variety of digital marketing techniques. The aim was to encourage potential consumers to book their beach holidays online rather than visiting a travel agency.

As the online travel agency market is relatively saturated, On the Beach wanted their brand to cut through the online advertising noise, so therefore required a message and creative that accurately reflected their vibrant brand and personality.

Working closely with On the Beach, we injected creativity to produce a fresh angle on email and online advertising banners. We created a range of concepts that were unique enough to stand out from the competition, while also containing their ATOL protected messaging to drive online bookings.

We created an email template that was made up of flexible components so On the Beach could build on their end-to-end marketing communications from one consistent template. 80 different email component combinations were produced, all featuring vibrant design and standout messaging, alongside continued email marketing support. This allowed On the Beach’s internal teams to take their components and apply a consistent style to all of their emails across the board.

The online advertising banners we created came in 100s of different formats and specifications, allowing their internal teams to use them on multiple platforms to broaden their reach and maintain consistency across their brand. This essentially built up trust between On the Beach and their customers, enticing them to book with confidence.
