Rachel's interest in design started on Microsoft Paint as a kid. It's come a long way since then.
She studied Creative Media at the University of Worcester on an academic scholarship, graduating with a First Class BA Honours. Working with real clients during her degree is what switched her focus from pure creativity to the strategy behind it, specifically how research and data can make creative work perform harder.
That thinking brought her to Rawww, where she has grown from Marketing Intern to SEO and Marketing Executive, working across a mix of creative and strategic projects. She is the kind of person who wants to understand why something works, not just that it does.
Outside work she attends a frankly impressive number of concerts. If there is a gig happening, there is a reasonable chance Rachel is at it.
